4.Services Description

The Platform allows users to:

  • View real estate investment opportunities.
  • Participate in tokenized real estate offerings (“Tokens”).
  • Access investment and project documentation.

The content on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with professional advisors before making any investment decisions.

5.Tokenization and Risks

Investments in real estate tokens involve significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Market Risk: The value of real estate and tokens can fluctuate.
  • Liquidity Risk: Tokens may not be easily sold or transferred.
  • Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws and regulations could adversely affect the tokenized real estate market.
  • Technology Risk: Blockchain technology, smart contracts, and digital wallets are subject to technical failures or security breaches.

11.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas.
